These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of this website, operated by SkyVision Roofing LLC (“SkyVision Roofing,” “we,” “us”). By using this website or submitting your information, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Our services

SkyVision Roofing LLC (CA License #1161665) provides residential roofing services in Southern California, including roof replacement, roof repair and roof inspections. Information on this website is for general information only. Submitting the form is a request to be contacted and does not create a contract. Work begins only after you and SkyVision Roofing sign a written home improvement contract, which will contain the full price, scope of work and your rights, including your right to cancel.

2. Offers and pricing

Prices and offers shown in our ads and on this website, including package prices, monthly payment examples and discounts, are promotional and apply to homes that qualify. Your final price depends on a free inspection of your roof, including its size, pitch, material, condition, number of layers and local permit requirements. Discounts apply as described in your written proposal, cannot be combined with other offers unless stated, may be limited to a set period, and may be changed or ended at any time before you sign a contract.

Financing. Monthly payment amounts are examples. Financing is provided by third-party lenders, is subject to credit approval and the lender’s terms, and your actual rate, term and payment may differ. SkyVision Roofing is not a lender.

“Qualifies.” When we say a zip code or home “qualifies,” we mean it is in our service area and appears to be a good fit for the offer based on your answers. Final eligibility is confirmed at the inspection.

3. Calls and text messages

By submitting your phone number on our form and tapping the submit button, you agree that SkyVision Roofing may call and text you at that number, including by automated technology, about your roofing request, estimate, scheduling and project. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

• What we text: responses to your request, estimates, appointment scheduling and reminders, and project updates.
• Frequency: message frequency varies with your request.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for text messages.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed.
• Help: reply HELP, email info@skyvisionroofinglb.com or call (562) 671-4868.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Your information and accuracy

You agree to provide true information and to only submit a phone number that belongs to you or that you are authorized to use. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website and submit the form.

6. Reviews and website content

Customer reviews shown on this website are from real customers on Google and reflect their own experiences; your results may differ. All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to SkyVision Roofing or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

This website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Warranties for roofing work are only those written in your signed contract and the manufacturer’s warranty. To the fullest extent allowed by law, SkyVision Roofing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute about this website will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, unless your signed contract says otherwise.

9. Contractor information

Contractors are required by law to be licensed and regulated by the Contractors State License Board, which has jurisdiction to investigate complaints against contractors if a complaint regarding a patent act or omission is filed within four years of the date of the alleged violation. Questions about a contractor may be referred to the Registrar, Contractors State License Board, P.O. Box 26000, Sacramento, CA 95826, or cslb.ca.gov.
