Information you give us. When you use our quote form we collect:

• Your zip code
• Whether you own the home
• The type of roofing work you need and the approximate age of your roof
• Your name and mobile phone number
• Any details you share with us later by phone, text or email, such as your property address and project details

Information collected automatically. When you visit, we and our advertising and analytics partners may collect your browser and device type, IP address, pages viewed, the ad or link that brought you here (for example ad, campaign and click identifiers such as UTM parameters and the Facebook click ID), and similar technical data, using cookies, pixels and similar technologies.

2. How we use your information

• To contact you about your roofing request, give you a price and schedule a free inspection
• To provide, manage and follow up on roofing services
• To send calls and text messages about your request, as you agreed to on our form
• To measure and improve our advertising, including telling advertising platforms when a form is submitted so they can show our ads to people likely to be interested
• To prevent fraud and spam, and to comply with the law

3. Cookies, the Meta Pixel and advertising

This website uses the Meta Pixel and may use similar tools from other advertising platforms. These tools use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your visit and actions on this site (such as viewing the page or submitting the form) and share it with Meta Platforms, Inc. to measure our ads and show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. 4. How we share information

5. Text messages and mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of the sharing categories above and will not be shared with any third parties. 6. How long we keep information and how we protect it

We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to your request, provide services, keep business records and meet legal requirements. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect it, but no website or system is completely secure.

• Request that we delete or correct your personal information

8. Children

This website is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was last changed.
